At time when you perform transport, the truck will be hanging there. This is due to many reason. To resolve, try one of these:

1.       SA38 > Reschedule Job RDDIMPDP via program RDDNEWPP or RDDPUTPP

2.       SM59 > Test connection and authorization for RFC TMSADM@SID. Give sap_all profile to user  TMSADM

3.       Go to OS level and Kill tp.exe process
4.       SA30  > Clear table TRJOB and TRBAT

5.       Or enter this parameter in STMS > System Over view > Select System > Transport Tool >

6.       Then add SYSTEM_PF with value \\<host>\sapmnt\<sid>\SYS\profile\default.pfl

7.       Back and update configuration (CTRL-F2)

HOW TO BASIS - ADD administrator role in portal

Cannot launch Configuration in Portal NWA (NetWeaver Admin) to see the trusted system as below:

 

This problem is caused by the insufficient authorization of the ZSAP_J2EE_ADMIN_* which is copied from SAP_J2EE_ADMIN. To solve this, we need to assign the ZSAP_J2EE_ADMIN_* group to administrators security role in the Security Provider through the Visual Admin. We need this task to be carried out in the HR, BI and CRM Portal (Java Stack – Dev, QA, Regression and Prod) in order for us to maintain the trusted system in respective portal and also to complete the FPN (Federated Portal Network) setup.

 

Steps for resolution.

1.       Launch Visual Admin

2.       Go to Server --> services --> Security Provider

3.       Go to Runtime --> Policy Configurations --> Security Roles

4.       Select administrators, assign the ZSAP_J2EE_ADMIN_* to it.

HOW TO SAP - To Reset Administrator Password through Config Tool

1) Go to the Server Installed path i.e. usr\sap\\\J2EE\configtool\
2) Choose configtool.bat and start it.
3) Under Global Server Configuration, choose Services.
4) Find com.sap.security.core.ume.service, click it.
5) Under Global Properties, find ume.superadmin.activated
6) Set the Custom value to TRUE. Click on SET to apply the new value
7) Apart from that, you have to set another property i.e.
8) ume.superadmin.password, define some password.The password that you are defining is for SAP*. save the changes.
9) Restart the cluster / server. Issue the command stopsap to do so.
10) Log on to Portal with SAP* as user and the defined password.
11) Create a User with Super Administrator role.
12) Go back to Config Tool and set the Custom Value as default value i.e. FALSE. save the changes.
13) Restart the Server.



f you are able to logon to Visual Admin , You can create a new user and assign him administrator group or Reset password .
1) Go to the Server Installed path i.e. \usr\sap\\\j2ee\admin\go.bat Or in UNIX /usr/sap///j2ee/admin/go .
2) Choose go.bat / go and start it.
3) Under Cluster ->Server, choose Security Provider .
4) Select Tab 'Runtime' and Inner Tab 'User Management' , Click Create User .
5) And then assign to group Administrators .
6) No Need to restart J2EE engine , Open http://:/irj/portal .
7) Now you can User Administration Identity Management , Search for Administrator user and Unlock it . etc ....

Symptom
A jload export of a MSSQL datasource fails with java.lang.OutOfMemory error.
Other terms
system copy, export, jload
Reason and Prerequisites
The used JDBC driver is Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Driver for JDBC (com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver).
The table the jload fails to export contains LOB fields.
Solution
For the duration of the export we recommend to extend the URL of the export datasource by the property
responseBuffering=adaptive
Use configtool to do so.
This should avoid the memory problems.
After the export is done switch back to the original URL again.

Example:
original URL:
jdbc:sqlserver://PWDF6636:1433;databasename=BIG
changed URL: jdbc:sqlserver://PWDF6636:1433;databasename=BIG;responseBuffering=adaptive

Usage of configtool:
The configtool is normally located on $(DIR_INSTANCE)\j2ee\configtool
(for example: c:\usr\sap\\J\j2ee\configtool).
To start it, execute configtool.bat.
In the emerging popup, after the connect, click on "secure store".
The URL to change can be either directly modified in the "Secure Store Data" tab or the "Connection Pools" tab.
Edit this entry by double-clicking the URL-line and changing the value in the "Value:" line. Save by hitting "Add".
Save the setting by File->Apply Changes or hitting the floppy icon.

1. Log on to the ABAP stack of SAP NetWeaver.
2. Open the list of SAP servers by calling transaction SM51.
3. Double-click the instance for which you want to restart the Java stack.
You are now connected to the selected instance.
4. Start the ICM Monitor (transaction SMICM) by entering /nSMICM in the command field.
5. In transaction SMICM, choose Administration ® J2EE Server ® Send Soft Shutdown ® With Restart.
6. The corresponding SAP NetWeaver Java stack for your instance is stopped and restarted.
